- Protect the E-Gift Voucher number and PIN
- E-Gift Voucher is combination of 16-digit Card number and 6-digit PIN
- E-Gift Voucher is received by customers through e-mail or SMS
- E-Gift Voucher is ONE-TIME Redeem only i.e the customer has to completely utilize the EGV amount . Partial redemption is not possible (Meaning to utilize the whole money at one go hence it can be utilized only once and not multiple times)
- ZUDIO EGVS can only be redeemed at Zudio Standalone Store (i.e Zudio EGV will not be Valid in Zudio Shop in Shop(SIS ) Stores , Stores that have combined operations with Star Bazaar Hypermarket / Star Quick)
- E-Gift Voucher can be used only Offline at selected Zudio Stores and not Online
- E-Gift Voucher are non-reloadable and once lost cannot be replaced nor the money will be returned
- E-Gift Voucher is the property of TRENT LIMITED.
- To check balance customer can visit the store and ask the store staff for the same or visit our website www.zudio.wohoo.in
- Once the E-Gift Voucher is issued, Trent will not entertain any request for cancellation.
- If E-Gift Voucher is lost or stolen neither will a new e-Gift Voucher be issued, nor will the Money be reimbursed in any manner.
- Multiple e-Gift Voucher can be clubbed in single transaction
- E-Gift Voucher can be used during sale period & E-Gift Voucher can be used with existing offers in store
- E-Gift Voucher cannot be extended & cannot issue new E-Gift Voucher post expiry
